Evan Jake Cohen is a NYC-based cinematographer. He’s traveled the U.S. and the world making films, commercials, and promos for major networks, studios, and brands such as NBCUniversal; Mercedes-Benz; Sony Pictures; and Nike, often featuring A-list actors, athletes, and celebrities.
Highlights include the Emmy Nominated Super Bowl 60 Opening Film AMERICA’S GAME for NBC Sports, feature film JACKRABBIT by writer-director Ballard C. Boyd, winning Best US Feature at SOHO International Film Festival; a Mercedes-Benz commercial featuring Alicia Keys, directed by Cheryl Dunn; short film THE PRIVATES from writer-director Dylan Allen, a Vimeo Staff Pick Premiere; and broadcast movie promos for major motion pictures such as Spider-Man Brand New Day, Naked Gun, Knock at the Cabin, and Fall Guy.
With a passion for films, and an admiration for the great cinematographers of both past and present, Evan loves to travel to the Camerimage Film Festival in Poland as often as he can.
